Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects seeks a senior leader to drive large data center programs from strategy through delivery. You will manage cross-functional teams of project managers, engineers, technologists, and strategists to execute complex capital projects on time and within budget.

You will align client priorities with internal capabilities, lead governance, and deliver value through digital project delivery, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in construction/project management or major capital delivery.
• Experience delivering large, complex capital projects in data centers or similar high-tech environments.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and senior practitioners.
• Experience managing senior client relationships and driving growth across accounts.
• Strong knowledge of PMO, governance, controls, and executive reporting.
• Familiarity with capital planning, procurement, and contracting strategies.
• Experience with project controls digitalization and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead as senior Accenture AM/PM for a strategic data center client, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and drive account growth via opportunities and plans.
• Oversee complex data center programs across project controls, cost, schedule, and risk management.
