Job summary

Denodo seeks a seasoned hybrid Solution Consultant and Program Director to lead the execution and technical delivery of complex data management programs for strategic enterprise clients. This role ensures successful adoption of Denodo's platform at scale, driving measurable business outcomes and long-term customer success.

As a Delivery Leader, you will combine consulting, solution architecture, and multi-stream program orchestration, bridging technical implementation in Hybrid/Cloud

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years managing and delivering complex, enterprise programs in data management, cloud, or digital transformation.
• Strong grasp of data integration, data virtualization, analytics, SQL, and APIs.
• Experience with PMI-PMP, SAFe, Agile, or PRINCE2 methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies, especially AI, and creative problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide program leadership for enterprise-scale engagements from planning to governance.
• Perform on-site and remote consulting, solution architecture, and platform implementation with Denodo.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Engage executives and partners, building strong relationships with GSIs and ISVs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and partner teams to deliver tailored, customer-focused solutions.
