Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define and lead end-to-end program strategy for complex technology implementations.
• Represent Nasdaq with senior external stakeholders, clients, and internal leadership via governance.
• Drive budget creation, tracking, and risk management with proactive mitigation.
• Champion QA and progress reporting across all program phases.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Project Managers under program governance.
• Ensure adherence to global delivery standards while adapting to international client environments.
