Job description

Key Responsibilities

Define and lead end-to-end program strategy for complex technology implementations, ensuring alignment with Nasdaq's global objectives. Represent Nasdaq with senior external stakeholders, clients, and internal leadership through structured governance and steering committee engagement. Drive financial accountability through rigorous budget creation, tracking, and risk management, including proactive mitigation planning. Champion quality assurance and progress reporting standards across all phases of the program lifecycle. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to Project Managers operating under your program governance, helping build capability and foster a high-performance delivery culture. Ensure adherence to global delivery standards while adapting to the complexities of international client environments.

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience in technology project and program management within financial markets or a comparable global industry. Demonstrated success leading large‑scale, complex delivery programs across international, cross‑functional environments, with full accountability from initiation to client acceptance. Strong executive presence with the ability to engage credibly with senior clients, suppliers, and internal leadership. Proven ability to mentor and uplift Project Managers across complex programs, driving delivery excellence through collaboration and influence. Deep understanding of financial technology infrastructure and the full software development lifecycle. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to navigate diverse stakeholder environments across geographies.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including Scrum Master practice. Background as a developer, Business Analyst, or Solution Architect.
