Job summary

Nasdaq in Sydney is seeking a Senior Program Manager to shape and execute delivery of complex technology solutions for world-leading market infrastructure operators. You will drive executive engagement with senior clients, lead cross-functional teams across borders, and ensure delivery excellence within Nasdaq's Client Success organization.

The role requires deep fintech knowledge, strategic oversight, and the ability to mobilize teams internationally while maintaining governance and risk

Qualifications

• Extensive technology program management experience in financial markets or a global industry.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex delivery programs across international, cross-functional environments.
• Strong executive presence for engagements with senior clients, suppliers and leadership.
• Ability to mentor and uplift Project Managers within a program governance framework.
• Deep understanding of financial technology infrastructure and the full software development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication across geographies and stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead end-to-end program strategy for complex technology implementations.
• Represent Nasdaq with senior external stakeholders and internal leadership through governance structures.
• Drive budget creation, tracking, and risk management with proactive mitigation.
• Champion QA and progress reporting standards across all program phases.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Project Managers within your program.
• Ensure adherence to global delivery standards while working with international environments.
