Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in software engineering using Java, Maven, and Git.
• Knowledge of Linux operating systems and shell scripting.
• Business-level English proficiency—communicate effectively in a professional environment.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with global time-zone collaboration.
• Containerized applications experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with FIX, ITCH, or OUCH protocols (preferred).
• Exposure to global teams and cross-border collaboration in fintech space.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions for Nasdaq's Eqlipse trading platform.
• Support APAC clients, ensuring reliability, performance, and quality.
• Collaborate with Sydney and Nasdaq's global teams to align objectives and deliverables.
• Maintain and improve code quality, structure, and engineering standard processes.
• Coordinate across time zones with overseas teams and customers.
