Okendo, a customer-marketing platform trusted by 6,000+ brands, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own key areas of the Okendo Platform. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will combine creativity, strategic thinking and data-driven insights to deliver valuable products and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing and Success teams.

You will define success metrics, steer long-term strategy, and guide cross-functional initiatives from discovery through delivery while communicating

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in a product management role at a SaaS product-led company.
• Strong customer empathy with qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Ability to lead cross-functional workshops and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, storytelling to diverse groups.

Aufgaben

• Conduct continuous product discovery to identify customer problems and translate insights into long-term strategy.
• Define success metrics and align product efforts to those measures.
• Lead ambiguous opportunities with data analysis, critical thinking and creativity.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Success and Support teams to shape offerings.
• Communicate compelling narratives to stakeholders to gain buy-in for product directions.
