Job summary

Okendo, a leading customer-marketing platform, seeks a Senior Product Manager to own key areas within the Okendo Platform. You will drive continuous discovery, define success metrics, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Customer Success and Support to deliver compelling product offerings.

You’ll lead with data and vision, influence stakeholders, and steer initiatives across a hybrid Sydney-based setup to help world-class eCommerce brands grow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a SaaS product management role driving outcomes.
• Strong customer empathy and ability to evaluate market and competitive landscape.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct continuous product discovery to identify customer problems and shape long-term strategy.
• Define success metrics and align all product efforts to those measures.
• Lead with data, apply critical thinking, and craft a compelling product vision.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Support and Content.
