Latitude Financial Services in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Auto Loans strategy from roadmap to results, uniting customer needs, partner opportunities and commercial thinking. This role offers scope to shape the roadmap, challenge how things work and bring teams together to deliver improvements that matter.

You’ll lead the auto product's journey from application through settlement and beyond, collaborating with Commercial, Credit, Risk, and Tech to strengthen

Formación

• Significant experience in product management or related commercial discipline.
• End-to-end product ownership across strategy, journeys, delivery and performance.
• Strong ability to assess pricing, margins, credit performance and portfolio returns.

Responsabilidades

• Set the direction for Auto Loans, turning insights into clear priorities.
• Improve customer and partner journeys from application to servicing.
• Drive commercial performance using insights on conversion, pricing and credit.
• Lead initiatives from opportunity to delivery and measure benefits after launch.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Credit, Risk, Ops, Tech and others to balance value and governance.
