Job summary

Heatseeker is seeking an experienced product leader to join our AI-native, enterprise-focused team in Sydney. You will own onboarding and adoption for key accounts, turn customer insights into clear roadmaps, and partner with design and engineering to ship high-impact features.

You’ll bring 5+ years in product, with 2+ in B2B SaaS, strong data fluency (SQL) and a proven ability to drive activation, retention and expansion across global accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product, customer-facing or consulting roles.
• 2+ years in B2B SaaS environments preferred.
• Senior level presence with customers (execs).
• Ability to diagnose and test hypotheses
• Data-driven with strong analytics and SQL skills.
• Familiarity with AI models, agents and MCP.
• Bias for action and hands-on mindset.

Responsibilities

• Turn customer feedback into clear problem statements and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to ship features from prototype to production.
• Run customer sessions and readouts to gather unfiltered feedback.
• Own onboarding and adoption for key accounts to drive value realization.
• Partner with commercial teams to translate product signals into renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Prototype and iterate with coding agents to test ideas and reduce friction.
