Job summary

Heatseeker is hiring a product leader focused on enterprise customers and AI-enabled product growth. You will partner with marketing, insights and innovation teams to design experiments, define priorities, and drive rapid iteration from customer feedback to shipped features.

As a senior PM, you will own onboarding for key accounts, track activation and expansion metrics, and collaborate with design and engineering to deliver impact in fast-paced cycles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product, customer-facing or consulting roles, with at least 2 in B2B SaaS.
• Senior customer presence with ability to lead executive interactions.
• Consultative instinct to turn questions into testable hypotheses.
• Growth fluency in activation, usage, retention or expansion metrics.
• Data-fluent with ability to pull numbers from product analytics and SQL.
• AI-native familiarity with models, agents and MCP.

Responsibilities

• Turn customer feedback into clear problem statements and priorities.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to shape solutions from prototype to shipped feature.
• Define success metrics linking product work to customer outcomes.
• Prototype ideas with coding agents and ship small improvements.
• Drive activation, onboarding and in-product growth loops.
