Qualifications

• Started career in software engineering and moved into product leadership.
• 8+ years combined engineering and product experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Hands-on with AI coding tools as part of daily work.
• Led engineering through platform modernization or major technology shifts.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end product and platform strategy and roadmap.
• Lead AI-powered product development and validation with customers.
• Engage with hospitality customers to validate product assumptions and measure adoption.
• Lead AI transformation across the organization and establish enablement programs.
• Build and mentor high-performing product and engineering teams.
