Private Advertiser is seeking a customer-focused Product Manager to own its core SaaS platform and drive the next phase of AI-enabled innovation from Australia. You will listen to customers, translate input into a clear roadmap, and collaborate with implementation, support and development teams to deliver value.

You will spend time with customers on-site and online to understand usage, capture enhancement requests, and ensure the backlog reflects both individual needs and the broader business

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management for B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Track record of building roadmaps from direct customer engagement.
• Hands-on experience shaping or delivering AI or machine learning features in a commercial product.

Responsabilités

• Own the product roadmap and prioritization based on customer feedback and usage data.
• Translate customer needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for offshore teams.
• Define and lead the product's AI strategy and practical pilots with customers.
• Publish and present the roadmap to customers, sales and senior leadership, with trade-offs explained.
