Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced programme managers to help train their language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will run enterprise programs with ownership of charters, raid logs, and executive reporting, while building capacity planning and milestone-tracking spreadsheets for senior stakeholders.

This fully remote role offers flexible hours (5-20 per week, or more) and a competitive hourly rate of $70.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional implementation initiatives with direct ownership of program charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting.
• Fluency building resource capacity planning spreadsheets and milestone tracking spreadsheets that hold up under executive and stakeholder scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Manage program scope documents, raid logs, and steering committee reporting for enterprise initiatives.
• Track milestones, dependencies, and stage-gate review packets to support training of the language model.
