Job summary

Cover Genius is seeking a senior Product Leader to own strategy and roadmaps for customer-facing digital products, working across Product, Design, Engineering and senior leadership globally.

You'll drive an AI-first roadmap, shape how AI is used in our products while ensuring privacy and compliance, and mentor other Product Managers while aligning executives with data-informed narratives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management for customer-facing digital products.
• Experience with discovery, experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
• Hands-on with generative AI and ethics/privacy/compliance.
• Experience with complex enterprise systems and data integration, especially B2B SaaS.
• Insurtech/fintech/travel/e-commerce experience advantageous.
• Experience coaching and mentoring other Product Managers.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS startups or global tech companies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical field.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap across multiple connected product areas.
• Stay ahead of market shifts and spot cross-team risks early to unblock teams.
• Set standards for discovery, prioritization and measurement adopted across teams.
• Turn multi-source data into clear insights using hypothesis-driven development.
• Make high-stakes trade-offs across a portfolio prioritizing long-term value.
• Shape how AI is used in our products with privacy and compliance in mind.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing and external partners; align Executives with data-informed narratives.
• Coach and mentor other Product Managers and set standards for product documentation.
