Job summary

Future Secure AI is looking for an AI Product Lead to own end-to-end delivery of complex AI projects from scoping through post-delivery, ensuring high-impact results on time and on spec. You will work closely with engineers, data scientists, and quality specialists in a cross-functional team to drive ROI and customer alignment.

This role suits an AI product expert with deep product management experience, technical fluency, and strong agile execution depth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Technical Consultant, Product Owner, Product Manager or delivery-focused role in technology/AI environments.
• Understanding APIs and data schemas; ability to engage with technical counterparts.
• Ability to translate data models into mock data.
• Strong agile delivery practices with sprint ceremonies & backlog management.
• Proven ability to be primary customer liaison on complex projects.
• Extensive experience facilitating requirement and scoping workshops.
• Ability to coordinate UAT including scenario validation & feedback triage.
• Strong analytical skills to translate needs into actionable requirements & user stories.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present demos to stakeholders.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-accountability environments where delivery ties to ROI.
• Proficient with Jira & Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of accountability for project delivery across the full lifecycle.
• Map end-to-end customer journeys; define and scope Use Cases; manage scope changes.
• Lead discovery and scoping workshops; translate customer needs into AI solution designs.
• Surface delivery risks and budget impacts early.
• Analyze data, processes, and workflows to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with Engineering on design, non-functional requirements, and API readiness.
• Lead all agile ceremonies and sprint activities; write user stories and remove blockers.
• Plan lo-fi demos at milestones; manage stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate UAT end-to-end: kick-off, review sessions, feedback triage, Go/No Go decisions.
• Work across a portfolio of complex use cases across industries; contribute to new projects.
• Serve as primary customer-facing lead during builds; run weekly status cadences.
• Translate customer requirements into use case execution plans & roadmaps.
• Support Engagement Leads with use-case context and status updates.
• Join customer meetings to validate requirements and address concerns.
