Job summary

CreditorWatch is seeking a Group Product Manager to own the AI-driven Manage portfolio, shape the product strategy, and lead multiple squads to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes. You will define the vision, align with business goals and drive end-to-end execution across the lifecycle.

Reporting to the GM, Product, you will mentor a Senior Product Manager and collaborate with Engineering, Data, and Design to deliver scalable, AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience owning and scaling AI/ML-powered products, including generative AI or predictive models.
• Proven ability to define product vision, strategy and roadmaps for technology/SaaS platforms.
• Strong technical fluency to collaborate with Engineering and Data Science teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the AI-driven product vision, strategy and roadmap for a suite of products (Monitoring, Debtor Management, DebtorLogic).
• Lead, mentor and develop AI Product Managers and Product Owners, fostering accountability and customer-centricity.
• Drive delivery with prioritisation, remove blockers and ensure timely releases across squads.
