Cover Genius is seeking a senior product leader to own strategy and roadmaps for customer-facing digital products. This role operates globally across Product, Design, Engineering, and executives, requiring clear communication and decisive leadership to unblock teams and align stakeholders.

You will shape AI usage in products, drive discovery standards, and mentor other Product Managers, with a focus on privacy, ethics and strong business impact in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience focused on technical products.
• Proven ability to build and scale platforms in fast-paced tech environments with measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI and ethical/privacy considerations.
• Experience with complex enterprise systems and B2B SaaS; insurtech/fintech/travel/e-commerce advantageous.
• Experience coaching and mentoring product managers.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS startups or global tech companies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap across multiple connected product areas.
• Coordinate across Product, Design, Engineering, and executives; align OKRs.
• Identify market shifts and resolve cross-team risks and conflicts early.
• Define discovery and experimentation standards; drive cross-team adoption.
• Shape how AI is used while balancing privacy and compliance.
• Communicate data-informed narratives to stakeholders and executives.
• Coach and mentor other Product Managers.
