CreditorWatch in Sydney is seeking a Group Product Manager to own the AI-driven Manage portfolio, define vision and roadmap, and lead multiple product squads to deliver value for customers and the business. You will partner with Engineering, Data, Product Design and stakeholders to align strategy with objectives and scale AI-enabled experiences.

This is a hands-on leadership role with mentoring, day-to-day delivery, and a strong emphasis on data-backed decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience owning and scaling AI/ML-powered products, including generative AI or decisioning systems.
• Proven track record defining product vision, strategy and roadmaps for technology or SaaS platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve AI product vision and roadmap for the Manage portfolio.
• Lead and mentor AI Product Managers and Product Owners, fostering accountability and customer-centricity.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to ensure scalable, maintainable product solutions.
• Influence senior stakeholders with data-driven insights and clear business cases.
