Job summary

D&D Technologies, part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, seeks a Product Development Manager (Core) to drive profitability and performance of its existing product portfolio across polymer, metal, and electronic categories. You will manage lifecycle activities, lead VA/VE initiatives, and support sustainable packaging programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 10 years in Product Management/Development or similar.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of existing products to improve profitability and customer value.
• Conduct lifecycle assessments and portfolio reviews with data-driven insights.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and planning.
• Monitor performance and feedback to identify improvements.
• Lead change management and Engineering Change processes.
