D&D Technologies is seeking a commercially minded Product Development Manager (Core) to drive profitability and product performance across polymer, metal, and electronic portfolios. You will lead lifecycle management, change processes, and sustainability initiatives, collaborating with engineering, marketing, operations, and compliance teams to deliver value and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Materials Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of existing products and identify profitability improvements across polymer, metal, and electronic categories.
• Lead change management (IRN, ECR, ECN) and VA/VE initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and lifecycle assessments; monitor performance and feedback.
• Oversee sustainability & packaging programs, reporting progress against targets and ensuring regulatory compliance.
