Job summary

D&D Technologies, part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, is seeking a commercially minded Product Development Manager (Core) to lead enhancements across polymer, metal, and electronic product families. You will steer lifecycle activities, drive profitability, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years demonstrated experience in Product Management, Product Development, Engineering, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and development methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and stakeholder groups.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle management of existing products across polymer, metal, and electronic categories.
• Lead change management processes (IRN, ECR, ECN) and VA/VE initiatives.
• Develop roadmaps, track portfolio performance with dashboards and reports.
• Drive sustainable packaging programs and supplier/material innovation.
• Collaborate with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Compliance and global teams.
