D&D Technologies, a leader in innovative hardware solutions, is seeking a commercially minded Product Development Manager (Core) to drive lifecycle management, sustainability packaging programs, and cross-functional initiatives across polymer, metal, and electronic product categories.

You will partner with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Compliance to shape roadmaps, optimize profitability, and deliver value through new materials and technologies while aligning with environmental targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Materials Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years in Product Management, Product Development, Engineering or similar.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies and lifecycle management.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and stakeholder groups.
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in project management systems and business reporting tools.
• Ability to analyse data and present insights through dashboards and performance metrics.

Responsabilités

• Manage lifecycle of existing products and improve profitability, performance and value.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps; conduct portfolio reviews.
• Monitor performance and gather customer feedback to identify improvements.
• Lead change management processes and cross-functional VA/VE initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track portfolio performance.
• Support ISO documentation and product change records.
• Lead sustainability and packaging programs and report progress.
• Scout new materials and technologies for performance and cost efficiency.
