Clough Limited is seeking a Senior Buyer to drive procurement for the Darwin Ship Lift Facility, leading sourcing, negotiating complex contracts, and managing supplier relationships to meet project objectives. You will collaborate with the Procurement Manager, Commercial Team and Project Leadership to deliver strategic procurement aligned with schedule and budget.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience in senior buyer/ procurement roles within EPC, construction, or major projects.
• Strong understanding of contract terms, commercial risk and governance.
• Experience negotiating complex supplier and subcontractor contracts.

Aufgaben

• Lead procurement activities from market engagement through to contract award.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project delivery requirements.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate commercial agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Lead contract negotiations to achieve favourable commercial outcomes for the project.
• Prepare and issue RFQs, tender documentation and commercial recommendations.
• Manage supplier and subcontractor relationships throughout the procurement lifecycle.
• Ensure contractual compliance and manage procurement risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to plan procurement requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules and contract obligations.
• Support claims management, dispute resolution and commercial issue management.
• Contribute to procurement reporting, forecasting and cost control activities.
• Maintain procurement documentation and contract records per project requirements and Clough standards.
