Job summary

The Senior Buyer will work onsite with the Supply Chain Team, supporting project procurement and assisting with awarded packages by planning and delivering procurement activities.

Qualifications

• Senior Buyer with track record in major equipment procurement.
• Experience on EPC lump-sum and reimbursable projects.
• Experience in oil & gas, mining, infrastructure procurements.
• Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers.
• Expedites delivery and manages supplier docs.

Responsibilities

• Issue conformed purchase order agreements in accordance with Clough procedures.
• Manage the overall procurement and delivery process for assigned packages and bulk procurements.
• Interface with engineering leads to provide scopes of work, material take-offs, and associated documents for RFQ packages.
• Collaborate with vendor management to pre-qualify suppliers where required.
• Ensure use of existing MSA providers for relevant goods and services.
