Job summary

Clough is delivering the Project Ceres urea plant in Western Australia, a landmark project that will be among the largest globally.

The Senior Buyer will work onsite with the Supply Chain Team, supporting both project and corporate procurement and assisting with awarded projects by planning and delivering procurement activities—including sourcing, RFQs, bid clarification, and commercial agreements—for the project execution phase.

Qualifications

• Senior Buyer with proven procurement experience on major packages in oil & gas, mining, or infrastructure.
• Experience managing EPC lump-sum and reimbursable projects.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder influence skills.
• Expediting delivery and handling supplier documentation.
• Experience with materials management systems and purchasing data.
• SAP experience is highly regarded.
• Willingness to work a 19:9 FIFO rotation on site.

Responsibilities

• Issue conformed purchase order agreements per Clough procedures.
• Oversee procurement and delivery for assigned packages and bulk orders.
• Coordinate with engineering leads for scopes of work and RFQ documentation.
• Collaborate with vendor management to pre-qualify suppliers when needed.
• Ensure use of MSAs for relevant goods and services.
