Qualifications

• 7–10+ years’ experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or category management.
• Proven experience leading multiple client engagements and managing complex senior stakeholder environments.
• A track record of owning project delivery, budgets and commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary lead for multiple clients, building trusted, long-term relationships with senior executives.
• Lead multiple project engagements and ongoing Procurement as a Service programs from opportunity analysis through sourcing, negotiation, implementation and benefits reporting.
• Own revenue and gross profit across your accounts, manage budget vs forecast and utilisation, and shape resourcing and pricing.
• Build, lead and develop consultants, procurement specialists and analysts, including recruitment and onboarding.
• Expand existing accounts and win new clients by building your professional network and contributing to proposals and scoping.
