Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
• At least two years of procurement, sourcing, commercial or contract management experience.
• Knowledge of procurement principles, sourcing methodologies and contract management practices.
• Experience supporting procurement activities, tender processes and supplier engagement.
• Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Ability to build productive relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Membership of or progress towards a recognised procurement body is highly regarded.

Aufgaben

• Deliver end-to-end procurement and contract management projects for government and private clients.
• Develop procurement strategies, plans and market approach documentation.
• Conduct market research, supplier analysis, spend analysis and business needs assessments.
• Prepare tender and sourcing documentation, including Expressions of Interest, RFIs, RFQs and RFPs.
• Assist with tender evaluations, supplier negotiations and procurement recommendations.
• Support contract establishment, administration and performance management activities.
• Prepare procurement reports, business cases and client deliverables.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement activities, workshops and project meetings.
• Provide procurement advice while ensuring compliance with requirements and governance.
• Maintain project documentation and deliver work within timelines and quality standards.
