Job summary

Core Talent is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead client-side projects from feasibility through delivery in Sydney. You will drive scope, budgets, governance, and vendor coordination across commercial, industrial, retail, and residential sectors.

Reporting to senior leaders, you will partner with clients and consultants, manage procurement processes, supervise contracts, and provide strategic advisory to mitigate risk and optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading client-side projects in commercial, industrial, retail or residential sectors.
• Strong procurement knowledge and contract administration, incl. AS contracts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, procurement and delivery phases.
• Coordinate consultants across architecture, engineering and planning.
• Establish project scopes, budgets, programs and governance frameworks.
• Run procurement processes and prepare tender documentation.
• Administer contracts and undertake Superintendent responsibilities.
• Drive design management and documentation reviews.
• Provide strategic advisory input to manage risk and optimise outcomes.
• Prepare client reports and executive updates.
• Monitor performance against budget, program and quality objectives.
• Build and maintain strong client, contractor and consultant relationships.
