Job summary

Regis Resources is seeking an experienced Process Technician Level 3 to join the processing operations team in Western Australia. You will monitor, optimise and troubleshoot the processing plant, ensuring safe, efficient production and guiding less experienced operators.

You will lead process control duties, support training, and step in as Relief Shift Supervisor when required, contributing to continuous improvement in a high-performing gold operation.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Process Technician in a gold plant.
• Strong process control and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience mentoring or guiding other operators.
• You hold mobile plant licences and safety qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and optimise processing plant equipment to maximise production and performance.
• Use computerised process control to adjust plant parameters and improve efficiency.
• Conduct inspections to identify hazards, faults and process issues.
• Start up, shut down and adjust production circuits per operational needs.
• Respond to plant malfunctions to minimise downtime and maximise recovery.
• Isolate and permit equipment for maintenance per site procedures.
• Maintain accurate operations, sampling and quality control records.
• Train and support Level 1/2 technicians and act as relief supervisor when required.
