Job summary

Gold Fields Group Services (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Senior Process Operator (2IC/Leading Hand) to hands-on oversee processing plant operations and support the Shift Supervisor in meeting targets. You will lead shift troubleshooting, mentor operators, and drive recovery within safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

Significant mineral processing experience, preferably in gold.
Experience as 2IC/Leading Hand or similar leadership role.

Responsibilities

Support Process Shift Supervisor and provide coverage when required.
Mentor Process Operators and promote safe working practices.
Operate, monitor and optimise processing plant equipment across all areas.
Complete checks, logs and production data; coordinate daily activities.
