Job summary

Regis Resources Ltd in Laverton, WA, is seeking an experienced Process Technician Level 2 to join the processing team. Reporting to the Process Shift Supervisor, you will maintain safe and efficient plant operations, achieving production targets and quality standards across multiple processing areas.

This site-based role operates on an 8:6 / 7:7 roster (day shift and night shift). Candidates will have gold plant experience, relevant licences and a commitment to safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Process Technician in a gold plant.
• Experience operating crushing, milling and CIL processing sections.
• Certificate II in Metalliferous Mining (Processing) with progression toward Certificate III.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, operate and optimise plant processes to meet targets.
• Inspect for hazards, equipment defects and irregularities.
• Perform sampling, testing and quality control.
• Start up, shut down, monitor and adjust equipment.
• Respond to malfunctions and alarms to minimise downtime.
• Maintain accurate operational and quality records.
• Collaborate with maintenance and lab teams to achieve targets.
• Commit to health, safety and environmental standards.
