Intro Recruitment Solutions in Melbourne is seeking a high-performing Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead end-to-end hiring across contract and permanent roles in the construction, infrastructure and government sectors.

You will work from a warm, active desk with strong client partnerships, uncapped commissions and mentorship from directors, enjoying a supportive but ambitious environment that rewards top billers and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant.
• Track record of consistent billings and successful placements.
• Strong business development and relationship-building ability.
• Experience within construction, infrastructure, engineering or related sectors is highly regarded.
