Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant.
• Track record of consistent billings and successful placements.
• Strong business development and relationship-building ability.
• Experience within construction, infrastructure, engineering or related sectors is highly regarded.

• Managing end-to-end recruitment across contract and permanent roles.
• Building and strengthening long-term client partnerships.
• Identifying and converting new business opportunities.
• Providing market insights and strategic hiring advice to clients.
