Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role in a commercial carrier, vendor or transport/government environment.
• Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of telecommunications technology.
• Experience in IP/MPLS and network design.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance to the Sales team by attending customer visits and meetings.
• Develop relationships with customers and stakeholders to be seen as a trusted technical advisor.
• Lead customer proof of concepts with the Products team.
