Job summary

Cleared Recruitment is seeking a Presales Solution Architect to drive End User Computing and Microsoft tech initiatives for enterprise and government customers in Sydney. This hybrid role blends technical presales with informal leadership of the NSW presales function.

You will shape opportunities with sales teams, deliver Microsoft-centric solution outcomes, and lead workshops while coordinating resources through the sales lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a senior Microsoft presales role.
• Strong experience supporting enterprise customer engagements.
• Microsoft certifications highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Support customer engagements across Microsoft End User Computing solutions.
• Shape and qualify opportunities alongside sales and account teams.
• Provide technical presales leadership across Intune, Entra ID and Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions.
• Contribute to Azure-focused opportunities where required.
• Develop solution approaches, estimates and customer presentations.
• Lead technical workshops and discovery sessions.
• Act as the local NSW presales lead.
• Support resource allocation and prioritisation across active opportunities.
• Participate in sales cadences, pipeline reviews and opportunity discussions.
• Mentor team members and promote presales best practices.
