Job Description

We are seeking a Presales Architect with a strong background in End User Computing (EUC) and Microsoft technologies. This is a dual-role position combining technical presales responsibility with informal leadership of the local NSW presales function.

You will work closely with sales teams to shape opportunities, engage customers and develop solution outcomes across the Microsoft ecosystem. You will also provide day-to-day leadership, helping coordinate resources and support the successful progression of opportunities through the sales lifecycle.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support customer engagements across Microsoft End User Computing solutions

• Strong Microsoft End User Computing expertise
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management solutions
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and identity services
• Understanding of Azure services and cloud adoption
• Strong solution design and presales capability
• Experience supporting sales teams through qualification and opportunity development
• Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-demand environments
• Experience influencing customers and senior stakeholders
