ASI Solutions in Melbourne is seeking a Presales Engineer to lead technical design during the sales process, working with Account Executives, our engineering team and our vendor partners to create multi-product solutions for SMB to enterprise customers. Focus on workplace modernisation, security, cloud and infrastructure.

You’ll explain what we’re proposing, show how it will work, and ensure it can be delivered as promised.

Qualifications

• Pre-sales, solution architecture or strategy experience across a broad range of technologies.
• Expertise in M365, Azure and Windows desktop/server environments.
• Working knowledge of networking, storage, data protection and backup.
• Understanding of cyber security frameworks and ITIL.
• Excellent communication and ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Join customer discovery conversations to understand environment, priorities and constraints.
• Design right-sized, multi-product solutions across M365, Azure, Windows, networking, storage and data protection.
• Provide strategic advice and technology roadmaps based on ICT knowledge.
• Write clear proposals and technical documentation.
• Respond to RFPs and customer questions with accurate answers.
• Present solutions with Account Executive, including demos and talks.
