Job summary

Omni is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to become an expert in the Omni platform, helping customer teams unlock value from their data through analytics and AI throughout their lifecycle.

You will partner with the sales team to demonstrate the platform, build Proofs of Concept, smoothly transition trials into customers, and collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering to incorporate field feedback into the roadmap.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics and/or technical pre-sales
• Strong SQL skills used for analytics
• Experience in client-facing roles with customers
• Exceptional, consultative communication across technical and non-technical audiences
• Passionate about working with data and teaching others

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise in the sales process and beyond
• Build and present Proofs of Concept in the Omni Platform during evaluation
• Transition trials into successful customers with post-sales collaboration
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to provide user feedback and guide product direction
