Fulton Hogan in Australia is seeking an experienced Pre-Contracts Manager to lead the work winning effort for the National Airports & Defence team within Infrastructure Services. You will manage the full bid lifecycle, steer bid strategy, and coordinate a multi-disciplinary team to convert opportunities into contracts.

Key requirements include proven Pre-Contracts experience, strong commercial acumen, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Pre-Contracts/bid environment within civil construction or infrastructure.
• Ability to develop and position winning bid strategies and themes.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Financial literacy including cost estimation, budgeting and P&L awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full bid lifecycle from opportunity to contract award.
• Present identified opportunities to senior leadership for endorsement to bid.
• Develop bid strategy, prepare documents and manage submission timelines.
• Organise and curate technical information, cost estimates, delivery approaches and approvals.
• Drive governance of bids and support and develop the estimators team within the pre-contracts group.
