Job summary

Fulton Hogan seeks a Contracts Manager to lead commercial outcomes on a major NSW infrastructure project. You will own contracts, governance, and risk, coordinating with project leadership to deliver on time and safely.

The role requires extensive experience in civil construction contracting, strong stakeholder engagement, and a proactive approach to commercial performance across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience leading contract management on large civil/infrastructure projects.
• Strong procurement and negotiation capabilities across subcontractor networks.
• Solid understanding of contract law and commercial governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract management activities across the full project lifecycle.
• Manage subcontract procurement, negotiations and commercial agreements.
• Monitor project performance, including cost, variations and contractual obligations.
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
• Provide advice and support to project teams on contractual matters.
• Support reporting, forecasting and commercial governance across projects.
