Fulton Hogan Ltd in Victoria is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead the tender process from EOI through to contract award within our Utilities division. This permanent role offers career progression and the opportunity to work on high-value capital projects across the region.

Qualifications

• Preferably a degree in construction management, engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years bid management experience, ideally with a tier 1 contractor.
• Demonstrated track record in managing the complete tender process once leads are converted to pursuit opportunities.
• Comprehensive understanding of capital works delivery in utilities/infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of Market Sounding responses including preparation of collateral information.
• Prepare information briefing packs to support internal approvals processes.
• Bid management from beginning to end in the project pursuit process from the EOI phase to tendering, contract award and handover to delivery team.
• Proactively assist with developing win strategies for each pursuit opportunity with Pre-contracts, Estimating and Submission teams.
• Provide input to identifying potential partnering opportunities and conduct multi-criteria assessments.
• Maintain records of pursuits, engagements and future opportunities.
• Collaborate with GM, Operations Manager and Business Development Manager to identify growth opportunities.
