Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in mechanised hard-rock underground mining
- 2+ years in mine planning
- Competency with Deswik and Ventsim
- Current WA C Class Driver’s Licence
- Safety-focused with continuous improvement mindset
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of mine designs (Development Mining Intructions, Stope Notes, Area Plans)
- Develop and maintain planning procedures, standards and systems
- Conduct economic evaluations and design optimisation studies
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Planning Engineers
