Job summary

Liberty Industrial in Perth seeks an experienced Planner to join our Project Controls function and support the delivery of demolition and remediation projects across Western Australia.

You will develop, maintain and analyse complex Primavera P6 schedules, manage baselines and provide insights to guide project decisions. The role involves forecasting, resource planning and collaborating with multiple teams to optimise outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a Planner or Project Controls role within major projects.
• Advanced Primavera P6 capability with baseline management and critical path analysis.
• Strong forecasting, progress measurement and recovery planning skills.
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient with Excel and project performance data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Establish baselines, contract programs and forecasting schedules.
• Conduct critical path, schedule variance and trend analysis to identify risks.
• Monitor performance against baselines and provide insights to project teams.
• Support forecasting, resource planning and optimisation across projects.
• Develop schedule recovery strategies for deviations and prepare reporting.
