Job summary

Liberty Industrial is seeking a Scheduler to join our Project Controls function in Perth, WA. You will maintain schedules with Primavera P6, collect progress data and prepare lookahead and regular progress reports to support project delivery.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, Planners and site teams, ensuring accuracy and timely information. This role offers development in planning, reporting and controls within a diversified project environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Scheduler or planning role.
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and project reporting.
• Experience producing lookahead schedules and progress reports.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and data handling skills.
• High accuracy, attention to detail and data discipline.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with Supervisors, Engineers and PMs to gather progress data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Interest in developing broader planning and project controls capability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Collect, validate and incorporate progress information into schedules.
• Maintain schedule logic, relationships, milestones and status.
• Prepare short-term and lookahead schedules for execution.
• Monitor progress against schedules and identify delays.
• Prepare schedule status updates and progress reports.
• Collaborate with planners, engineers and PMs to reflect site progress.
• Support forecasting and schedule analysis.
• Assist with resource loading and productivity tracking.
• Participate in meetings and communicate schedule updates to stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in scheduling and reporting processes.
