Gumtree Group is building Australia’s leading classifieds and lifestyle network with Gumtree, CarsGuide and Autotrader. As Performance Media Manager, you’ll own channel planning, activation, optimisation and reporting across paid search, social, programmatic and video.

You’ll lead the in-house media team, collaborate across Marketing, Motors, Advertising, Product & Technology, and Data & Analytics, and drive automation and measurement for dealers, advertisers and partners.

Formación

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in performance or digital media, with multi-channel budgets
• Extensive hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta, plus programmatic and video
• Experience with feed-driven listing, catalogue or dynamic campaigns
• Experience leading, coaching or reviewing the work of others
• Experience establishing processes, standards and service levels within a media team
• Experience activating first-party data and audiences through customer data platforms is highly regarded
• Experience in marketplace, classifieds, automotive or lead-generation businesses, or delivering media for advertisers is highly regarded
• Commercial mindset, connecting day-to-day media decisions to listings, leads and revenue
• Highly analytical, able to build reporting and turn data into clear recommendations
• Deep understanding of tracking, tagging, conversion tracking and offline conversions
• Strong communication and collaboration with non-media stakeholders and partners
• Curiosity and interest in automation, AI, and customer data
• Major search and social platform experience (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) at a senior level

Responsabilidades

• Translate annual media strategy into quarterly and campaign-level channel plans, budgets and forecasts
• Own budget pacing and reallocation to grow lead volume and reduce cost per lead
• Lead build, launch and optimization of campaigns across paid search, social, programmatic and video
• Set and uphold quality standards across briefs, account structures, naming, tracking and documentation
• Own end-to-end delivery of media products for dealers, advertisers and partners
• Own weekly and monthly reporting against measurement framework and KPIs
• Lead and coach the Performance Media Specialist(s) and manage partners and transition from agency
