Job summary

Enigma Media, a thriving indie agency with 35 media professionals across Newcastle and Surry Hills, is seeking a Performance Media Manager to own client performance across SEM, Programmatic and Social.

You will lead strategy, forecasting, audits and reporting, mentoring teams while rolling from planning to execution, with strong GA4 tracking and attribution helping to elevate our digital offering.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in digital/performance media planning and buying.
• Strong forecasting, auditing, and optimisation abilities.
• Confident in pitching and presenting to clients.
• Experience using optimization technologies and platforms.
• Deep knowledge of all performance platforms and bid tools.
• Google Ads and Bing accreditation; master of GA.
• Excellent data-driven reporting and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the performance channels and strategies within your client portfolio.
• Drive performance audits, forecasting, and best-practice implementation.
• Mentor and up-skill teams across omni-channel planning and buying platforms.
• Roll up your sleeves from strategy through to execution.
• Set up GA4 tracking and conversion goals.
• Deliver smart, data-driven reporting to clients.
