Gumtree Group is seeking a Performance Media Manager to lead paid media activation for its in‑house media team. You will own channel planning, activation, optimization and reporting across paid search, social, programmatic and video, balancing immediate outcomes with brand growth.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Motors, Advertising, Product & Technology, and Data & Analytics, guiding the team and partnering with internal stakeholders to unlock first‑party data and drive scalable media

Formación

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in performance or digital media, agency and/or client side.
• Experience managing multi-channel budgets.
• Extensive expertise in Google Ads and Meta, with knowledge of programmatic and video.
• Experience leading and coaching others within a media team.
• Experience activating first-party data and audiences via data platforms is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Translate the annual media strategy into quarterly and campaign-level plans, budgets and forecasts.
• Own budget pacing and optimize for lead volume and quality.
• Lead build, launch and optimization of campaigns across paid search, social, programmatic and video.
• Set and uphold quality standards across briefs, account structures, naming, tracking and QA.
• Deliver end-to-end media product delivery for dealers, advertisers and partners; drive automation to scale.
• Lead weekly/monthly reporting with Data & Analytics on KPIs and conversions.
• Coach the Performance Media Specialists and manage platform/agency partners.
