Job summary

Gumtree Group is seeking a Partnerships Manager to drive digital revenue growth and expand our advertising footprint across Victoria and possibly South Australia. You will manage and deepen relationships with agencies and clients, and deliver innovative partnerships across Gumtree, CarsGuide and AutoTrader.

You will lead strategic conversations, develop data-informed media solutions, and collaborate with marketing, operations and product teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and a trusted

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in digital media sales.
• Proven success in achieving commercial sales targets.
• Deep network of media agencies and direct client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by developing client-led sales strategies and optimising portfolios.
• Achieve quarterly sales targets across direct and programmatic channels.
• Build and nurture relationships with media agencies and brand decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated campaign solutions.
• Represent the brand at industry events and client engagements.
• Coordinate end-to-end campaign delivery with forecasting and innovation.
