Job summary

Fluro Digital seeks a Senior Performance Account Manager to own high-value client relationships across multiple business units. You will translate objectives into tailored channel plans and lead a cross-functional team to deliver strategic, data-driven outcomes.

In this role you’ll drive profitability, oversee scope and resources, and present strategy and performance directly to stakeholders. You’ll stay ahead of industry trends and nurture growth opportunities within the accounts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a digital or performance marketing agency.
• Experience managing multi-business-unit accounts.
• Strong platform expertise in paid search, paid social and/or programmatic (Google Ads, Meta).
• Strong analytical skills - turning data into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end client relationship as the senior day-to-day contact and trusted strategic partner.
• Build relationships that go beyond campaign metrics into genuine commercial conversations about each business unit's goals and success measures.
• Present strategy, performance and recommendations directly to client stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue organic growth opportunities as the relationship matures.
• Translate each business unit's objectives into a tailored channel and tactic mix, and oversee strategy, execution, optimisation and reporting.
• Stay ahead of platform developments and industry trends to keep the account innovative and effective.
• Lead and coordinate the team across media, creative, analytics and client service, coaching them to ensure best-practice execution and consistent quality.
• Own the commercial health of the account - profitability, scope and resourcing across the full portfolio.
